Consider 2 trucks for faster service at this size
Includes arrival, full service, and breakdown. Guest count over 130 per truck adds a third service hour.
Solid volume for one truck — 60–80 guests served per hour.
For an event this size, our team will confirm the exact setup after you submit your request.
Why consider 2 trucks?
With 2 trucks you can offer two different menus — perfect for groups with mixed preferences. Both trucks can also run the same menu for faster throughput.
Our team responds within 5–7 minutes — often faster.

Massachusetts does not have health or fire reciprocity — each local jurisdiction issues its own food-truck permits.
If your event requires permitting, you'll work directly with the Town of Hadley.
Licensing and insurance documentation is confirmed for the catering team assigned to your booking and can be shared with your venue on request.
