Under SB197 (effective January 1, 2027), Alabama has health and fire reciprocity — a food-truck health permit or fire inspection issued by any Alabama jurisdiction is accepted statewide.

In Hopeful, health is overseen by Talladega County Health Department and fire by Hopeful's fire authority — the local authorities whose permits and inspections Alabama recognizes statewide.

If your event requires permitting, you'll work directly with Talladega County.

Licensing and insurance documentation is confirmed for the catering team assigned to your booking and can be shared with your venue on request.
